Role Overview
The Project Management Intern will lead and support assigned projects, programs, and initiatives of low to medium complexity. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle from concept to implementation, including developing SOW, business proposals, functional requirements, project plans, and financial forecasts to support company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define concise goals and objectives within a project framework and ensure requirements are translated for execution.
- Manage project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Conduct project risk reviews and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Forecast project budgets, staffing needs, and quarterly/annual project requirements.
- Develop and own project roadmaps with clear dates and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, project champions, and senior leadership.
- Manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to ensure maximum performance.
- Utilize tools to track changes and identify cost impacts for senior management review.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent field.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively present information to management and customer personnel.
- Strong detail orientation and sound judgment in high-performance environments.
