Full stack AI developer Intern

Role Overview

Jaimini Group is an AI-first organisation building infrastructure for India's hardest public healthcare problems. As an AI Full Stack Engineer — Product Builder for our flagship product NQAS.ai, you will own end-to-end product delivery during a critical 6-month deployment window. This is a paid internship with a full-time offer potential for top performers, focusing on building deployment infrastructure for national healthcare quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the full NQAS.ai stack including backend, frontend, AI orchestration, and mobile app APIs
• Design and deploy AI pipelines including LLM prompt engineering, RAG systems, image AI, voice AI, and multi-agent orchestration
• Architect and secure the data layer using PostgreSQL with vector search (pgvector)
• Implement production-grade security aligned with DPDPA 2023 and CERT-In practices
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability
• Ship production releases to real deployment at pilot district facilities
• Own uptime, security, and stability during first district deployment
• Collaborate directly with the founder and product team

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in live project deployment
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI or Django in Python
• Frontend engineering with React.js (production experience required)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases
• Proven AI/LLM integration experience using APIs like Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude
• Knowledge of Computer Vision and Prompt engineering
• Proficiency with Docker and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD
• Must have shipped at least one real project to production with actual users
• Availability for the full 6 months and willingness to work in-person for 4-16 critical weeks
