Role Overview

This is a structured, training-focused internship designed to help you build practical Java development skills through guided, simulated projects. You'll be given hands-on assignments and mock projects modeled on real-world scenarios, with regular mentorship and evaluation to track your growth.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training modules on Core Java, OOP concepts, and backend development
• Work on simulated/practice projects designed to mirror real industry problems
• Build small applications (e.g., mock APIs, sample database-driven apps) under mentor guidance
• Participate in periodic assessments and code reviews to evaluate progress
• Receive feedback and improve based on mentor evaluations
• Learn frameworks such as Spring Boot through guided exercises

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Git/version control
• Strong willingness to learn; no prior professional experience required
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
