Full Stack Developer (MERN + AI Automations)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in the MERN stack and practical exposure to AI integrations and automation workflows. In this role, you will build scalable web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and AI-powered automation systems that enhance operational efficiency across products.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and core application logic
• Design and implement frontend dashboards, CRM modules, and internal tools
• Integrate AI services (e.g., OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector search, LangChain workflows)
• Create automation workflows using cron jobs, queues, webhooks, and third-party APIs
• Integrate external services such as Google APIs and SaaS platforms
• Implement authentication systems, RBAC, and security best practices
• Optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Experience building both frontend and backend of production-grade applications
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI or similar) into real-world workflows
• Solid understanding of API design, data flow, and system architecture
• Proficiency in Git, Postman, Linux, and cloud deployments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Node.js
