Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Tosca Automation Test Engineer** with strong expertise in **web application testing**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in **Tricentis Tosca** automation, solid functional testing skills, and experience working in Agile development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using **Tricentis Tosca**.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Build reusable automation components and optimize existing automation suites.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and log defects using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, and Retrospectives.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
- Support UAT and maintain QA documentation and execution reports.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of QA/Automation Testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Tricentis Tosca**.
- Expertise in **Web Application Testing**.
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC.
- Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
- Good understanding of Test Case Design Techniques.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- API Testing using **Postman** or similar tools.
- **SQL** for backend validation.
- Experience with **JIRA**, **ALM**, or **Azure DevOps**.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services domain.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on **Tricentis Tosca** experience is mandatory.
- Candidates should be based in **NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Faridabad/Ghaziabad)**.
- Previous MNC experience is preferred.
- Maximum notice period: 15 days.
