QA Automation Test Analyst (Tosca & Selenium)

Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Automation Test Analyst for an onsite position in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality automation, focusing on web and mobile testing within an Agile environment. This role requires a professional with previous MNC experience who can work independently to design and develop code for functional and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop code to automate functional and regression tests.
• Execute automation across API, Desktop, web, mobile, DB, Mainframe, and files using Tosca.
• Integrate testing processes with qTest.
• Apply SQA procedures, policies, and principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to support continuous testing and delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in automation testing.
• Proven experience with Tricentis TOSCA and Selenium.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Jira, and DevOps/CI/CD concepts.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services and insurance industries is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cucumber, Appium, and JUnit.
• Exposure to GenAI.
• Experience with BDD, TDD, or ATDD methodologies.
