Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Joveo is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the New Initiatives AI Labs, a high-speed "Special Ops" team focused on building the future of recruitment through AI. You will be the technical engine behind ambitious AI-led growth stories, taking greenfield products from concept to production-ready reality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from whiteboard sketches to scalable reality.
• Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate directly with CXOs to shape the strategic technical roadmap.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including development, shipping, maintenance, and scaling.
• Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments through rapid prototyping.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience building and scaling products.
• Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
• A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and automate processes.
• Strategic depth to translate business problems into elegant technical architecture.
• Technical versatility across backend, infrastructure, and LLM integration.
