Job Description
Role Overview
Joveo is a global leader in AI-powered recruitment marketing. As part of the New Initiatives AI Labs, you will join a high-speed, high-stakes "Special Ops" team focused on building greenfield AI products from the ground up. This role requires a founder-like mindset to engineer breakthroughs and drive Joveo's most ambitious AI-led growth stories.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from concept to production-ready reality.
- Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure using AWS.
- Collaborate directly with CXOs to shape the strategic technical roadmap.
- Own the full development lifecycle, including development, shipping, maintenance, and scaling.
- Build, test, and iterate on rapid AI-driven prototypes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience building and scaling products.
- Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
- A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and automate processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant technical architecture.
- Technical versatility across backend, infrastructure, and LLM integration.
