M365 Developer

Role Overview

The M365 Developer role spans four Microsoft platform disciplines: SharePoint development, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer capable of building production-grade intranet solutions, automating business workflows, delivering self-service analytics, and maintaining DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, portals, and intranet experiences including department hubs and document libraries.
• Develop custom solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) web parts and extensions.
• Configure site architecture, including hub sites, managed metadata, and permissions hierarchies.
• Build integrated workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Implement document management and collaboration using Microsoft Purview for retention and sensitivity labels.
• Design and build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to replace manual processes.
• Develop responsive apps connecting to SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Implement complex business logic using Power Fx and custom connectors.
• Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX to deliver actionable business intelligence.
• Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices using Azure DevOps pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SharePoint Online development and architecture.
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with SPFx and Power Fx.
• Ability to manage data within Dataverse and SQL environments.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for application lifecycle management.
