Software Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Software Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join the team at KCPC Bandhani. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom web applications, software tools, and automated workflows to optimize our business, inventory, and e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Software & Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, backend systems, and web services.
• API Integration: Integrate third-party tools, payment gateways, e-commerce APIs (Shopify/WooCommerce), and CRM/ERP systems.
• Database Management: Build, optimize, and manage database structures (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) for performance and scalability.
• Workflow Automation: Develop custom scripts and automation logic to streamline internal business processes.
• Code Optimization & Bug Fixing: Debug, test, and maintain existing software code to ensure high stability and performance.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to understand tech requirements and convert them into functional software solutions.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in software or web development.
• Proficiency in core technologies such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React/Vue), PHP, or Java.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, or custom web frameworks.
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong logical reasoning, troubleshooting skills, and clean coding practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or relevant practical experience.
