Junior Python Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Developer with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python development and exposure to integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and frameworks to build intelligent business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend applications and APIs.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models) into business applications.
• Build AI-powered workflows such as chatbots, document processing, summarization, and Q&A systems.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration libraries.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize prompts, manage model responses, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) where applicable.
• Collaborate with product, UI, and backend teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python libraries and REST API development (e.g., FastAPI or Flask).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, or Pinecone).
• Basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RAG pipelines and embeddings.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI application deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
