Quality Analyst (QA)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software QA / Manual Tester with 0-1 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance department. This is a full-time, in-person role in Chennai. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a minimum commitment of two years with the organization to allow for structured training and long-term project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify edge cases and potential defects in software applications.
• Understand business requirements and application workflows.
• Prepare comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Contribute to improving product quality through a proactive approach.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Software Testing, SDLC, and STLC.
• Knowledge of different testing types and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in Manual Testing.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of two years with the organization.
