Job Description
Role Overview
Khenshu is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, visualization skills, and the ability to translate concepts into functional product solutions. This role requires involvement across the entire design process — from research and concept development to prototyping and execution. The candidate should be passionate about product innovation, user-centered design, and material exploration, with hands-on knowledge of design tools and 3D visualization.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative product concepts aligned with brand vision and market trends
- Conduct research, material exploration, and trend forecasting to support design decisions
- Create technical sketches, CAD models, and 3D visualizations
- Participate in product development from ideation to final execution
- Work on packaging design, fixture design, and lifestyle accessory product development
- Support prototyping, detailing, and refinement of design solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design implementation
- Assist in visual merchandising and presentation strategies when required
- Maintain design documentation and organized workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design / Product Design / Lifestyle Accessory Design or related field
- User-centric design approach
- Technical sketching and design detailing
- Research and development capabilities
- Prototyping and visualization skills
- Knowledge of material selection and product construction
- Understanding of space design and product fixtures
Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite
Nice to Have
- Internship or academic project experience in product or lifestyle accessory design
- Exposure to craft research, packaging design, or fixture design
