Job Description
Role Overview
The Student Enrollment Intern will support enrollment, scheduling, and staff data management in Infinite Campus across seven K–12 schools. This 10-week remote internship offers hands-on experience in educational data operations and systems management, focusing on enrolling over 800 new students through data verification and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and update student enrollment records in Infinite Campus
- Support K–8 student scheduling tasks
- Assist with staff data updates and employment record verification
- Perform data audits and help resolve discrepancies to maintain system integrity
- Generate reports related to enrollment and staffing as needed
- Collaborate with the data team to enhance workflows and ensure accuracy
- Provide administrative support for data-related requests
- Adhere to FERPA guidelines to ensure data confidentiality
