Web Developer Intern

Role Overview

As a Web Developer Intern, you'll work closely with our design, marketing, content, and development teams to build responsive, high-performing websites for global B2B brands. You'll assist in developing websites using WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or Webflow while learning industry best practices for performance, accessibility, SEO, and user experience. You'll be expected to use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle to improve development efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive websites using WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or Webflow.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
• Convert HTML/CSS layouts into reusable CMS templates and components.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
• Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers throughout project execution.

Requirements

• 0-6 months of experience through internships, academic projects, or freelance work.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or Webflow.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Figma and the ability to convert designs into responsive websites.
• Exposure to AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Basic understanding of Git/version control is an advantage.
