Frappe Developer

Role Overview

Knowtifics Technologies is looking for a skilled Frappe Developer with 3–4 years of experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, database design, REST API integrations, and ERPNext customizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Frappe applications and ERPNext modules.
• Create and maintain DocTypes, Forms, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Print Formats.
• Develop backend business logic using Python.
• Write Client Scripts, Server Scripts, JavaScript, and Scheduled/Background Jobs.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Design and optimize database-driven features and SQL queries.
• Perform data migration and manage permissions and workflows.
• Deploy and maintain Frappe/ERPNext applications using Bench CLI.
• Work with Linux, Docker, Redis, and Nginx environments.
• Troubleshoot application, database, API, and deployment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
