Role Overview
We're hiring a hands-on GCP Networking Engineer who has designed and built cloud network architecture from the ground up on Google Cloud Platform. This is a deep, specialist networking role focused on owning VPC design, load balancing, hybrid connectivity, and GKE networking. This position is based in Bangalore and requires 5 days a week in-office attendance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage VPC architecture including subnets, routing, and peering
- Configure and manage Firewall Rules and network security policies
- Set up and maintain internal and external Load Balancers
- Manage ingress/egress traffic flow and GKE networking, including ingress controllers
- Configure and troubleshoot Cloud VPN and Interconnect for hybrid/on-prem connectivity
- Manage Cloud DNS and the SSL/TLS Certificate Management lifecycle
- Perform network troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across cloud and hybrid environments
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform to support network provisioning and deployments
- Collaborate with security, infra, and application teams to ensure secure, reliable connectivity
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience specifically in GCP Networking
- Proven experience building GCP network infrastructure from scratch (design + implementation)
- Strong troubleshooting fundamentals across IAM, DNS, GKE ingress, and cross-VPC/hybrid connectivity
- Based in Bangalore with ability to join immediately
- Ability to attend a mandatory Face-to-Face interview
- Comfortable with 5-day onsite work
