Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a Junior Full Stack Developer within the KONE Technology and Innovation Unit, you will contribute to full-stack software development efforts supporting real-world applications. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with senior engineers to build and enhance applications using modern frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, and database technologies to support KONE's digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to full-stack software development efforts across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers to build and enhance applications.
• Support engineering practices that enable effective, scalable product development.
• Utilize modern frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of C#/.NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web application concepts.
• Foundational SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience/certifications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to branching strategies and versioned environments.
• Prior project or internship experience in full stack or software development.
