Role Overview
As an Engineer II within the Onboarding Squad, you will work on Soluna, focusing on sign-up flows and customer management. This is a hands-on coding role ideal for an early-career professional looking to build on solid foundations while contributing to a major product launch and product-led growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the sign-up and onboarding flows for Soluna.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to design and ship features.
- Support product-led growth initiatives through engineering work.
- Participate in peer testing and code reviews to maintain quality.
- Engage in squad ceremonies including stand-ups and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Less than 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with pair programming and collaborative development.
- Interest in system architecture.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
