Job Description
Role Overview
Kott Software is looking for highly skilled and motivated Software Developers to join our enterprise product development team. Selected candidates will contribute to product development, enhancements, new module creation, AI-powered initiatives, application modernization programs, and ongoing support and maintenance of our business application portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise software applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and Blazor in an Agile environment.
- Participate in the design and development of AI-enabled features and intelligent business solutions.
- Contribute to application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms to modern .NET technologies.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, integration services, and scalable cloud-ready solutions.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Blazor and modern UI development practices.
- Adhere to coding standards, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software application development experience using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core and C# development.
- Experience in developing web applications using Blazor (or equivalent in React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, messaging patterns, and Azure Service Bus.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Strong grasp of software design principles, OOP, and design patterns.
- Experience with Git-based source control systems.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
- Experience with Telerik UI components for Blazor.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Experience writing test cases using NUnit.
