.NET Core Backend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate .NET Core Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services, REST APIs, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modern .NET technologies, database optimization, and software architecture best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET 6/7/8
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
• Develop applications following Clean Architecture principles
• Implement Microservices Architecture where applicable
• Apply CQRS patterns for scalable and maintainable solutions
• Develop and optimize background processing services
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Optimize SQL queries and improve overall database performance
• Design efficient database schemas and indexing strategies
• Collaborate with Frontend developers, QA engineers, and Product teams
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using .NET Core
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade APIs and backend services
• Experience working on scalable and high-performance applications
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core Web API, Dependency Injection, and Middleware
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and indexing
• Experience with ORMs such as Dapper and Entity Framework Core
• Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps or GitHub
