Job Description
Role Overview
The Backend Executive will be responsible for assisting with the management of Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) registrations and compliance for employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling PF and ESIC registrations for employees
- Maintain employee compliance records and documentation
- Support monthly PF & ESIC contribution processing
- Handle basic employee queries related to PF withdrawal, UAN, KYC, ESIC cards, etc.
- Coordinate with payroll and HR teams for statutory compliance
- Update employee details on EPFO and ESIC portals
- Assist in filing returns and maintaining compliance reports
Requirements
This role requires proficiency in statutory compliance procedures related to PF and ESIC.
