Job Description

• Provide L2 support for middleware platforms across Production, UAT, and DR environments.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution within defined SLAs.
• Support IBM API Gateway / API Connect, Kong Gateway, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ and NGINX environments.
• Monitor middleware health, performance, availability, and capacity.
• Support API lifecycle management, deployments, routing, authentication, throttling, and integrations.
