Software Engineering Intern

Role Overview

Landseek AI is looking for a Software Engineering Intern to help build core systems at the intersection of Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Geo-Informatics. This is a 6-month, full-time, in-office role focused on systems thinking and building scalable, reliable platforms for real estate intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features and services connecting marketplaces, land registries, and appraisal engines.
• Integrate external data sources including GIS, government datasets, and market APIs.
• Transform complex requirements and ambiguous ideas into working software solutions.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the feature lifecycle from design to production.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Core CS concepts including Algorithms, Systems, and Networking.
• Ability to think in a systems-oriented, stack-agnostic manner.
• Proven builder mindset through side projects, hacks, or open-source contributions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seed-stage startup environment.
