Software Engineer Intern

LeapHealth is the AI-first engagement and operations platform for Indian hospitals — one system spanning AI agents, multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp/WABA, email, SMS, telephony), CRM, loyalty, billing, and a full Hospital OS covering appointments, clinical records, queues, and the patient portal. We're built on a single platform — 2,400+ API endpoints, 40+ modules — that hospitals across India run their patient engagement and operations on.

About the internship

This is a 3-month, full-time internship (2 openings) on our core engineering team. You'll work alongside senior engineers on live production code — across CRM/lead management, messaging integrations, workflow automation, or Hospital OS modules. This isn't a side project or a training exercise: what you ship reaches real hospitals during your 3 months here. This internship comes with a stipend of ₹20,000–25,000 / month

You'll get direct mentorship, sit in on code reviews and standups as a full member of the team, and own at least one feature end-to-end by the end of the internship. Strong performers are the first people we look to convert to full-time offers.

• Ship small, well-scoped backend features under a mentor's guidance
