Business Development Intern - Healthcare Data & Partnerships

Role Overview

LH2 AI Labs is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals. Healthcare is one of our highest-priority verticals, and we are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our Healthcare vertical, reporting to the Healthcare Data Partnerships Lead. This role offers front-row exposure to how healthcare data moves through hospitals, payers, EHR vendors, and diagnostic chains.

Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist potential healthcare partners including hospitals, diagnostic chains, EHR vendors, payers, and health-tech platforms.
• Coordinate follow-ups and next steps to keep live conversations moving.
• Maintain the partner tracker and database with new contacts, updated details, and call outcomes.
• Sit in on discovery calls and outreach to observe how healthcare partnerships are sourced, qualified, and closed.
• Manage a growing set of outreach threads as confidence builds.

Requirements

• Curious and quick to learn, capable of navigating unfamiliar compliance requirements or data formats.
• Comfortable with cold outreach via messaging or calls.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces.
• High ownership and a proactive approach to asking questions.
• Available for a 3–6 month internship with full-time availability preferred.
• A genuine interest in healthcare or health-tech is a strong plus.
