Role Description:

As a Forward Deployment Intern at LineupX, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless implementation and operation of our AI-powered placement platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing technical support, resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in onboarding and training users on the platform. This is an on-site internship located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, offering hands-on exposure to a dynamic, technology-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve complex problems effectively
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
