Engineering Intern

Role Overview

LitLabs is looking for an Engineering Intern with strong fundamentals in web development and hands-on experience building AI/ML projects. You will work on real products used by clients and internal teams, building modern web applications, integrating AI capabilities, and shipping features that create real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern web applications
• Develop front-end interfaces and back-end functionality
• Integrate AI models and APIs into products
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs and modern AI tools
• Work on automation workflows and internal engineering tools
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug, test, and improve application performance
• Research and prototype new AI technologies and frameworks

Requirements

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework like React or Next.js
• Familiarity with back-end development using Node.js or Python
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML projects
• Experience using AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
• Understanding of Git and GitHub
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Vercel
• Familiarity with LangChain, Vector Databases, or RAG
• Experience with REST APIs and authentication
