Software Engineer

Role Overview

LiveSwitch builds real-time video and communication technology for small businesses, including virtual estimates, on-site documentation, and AI built for the trades. We are looking for an exceptional individual contributor to join our growing engineering team in Bangalore to build on our SaaS products, working directly with leadership in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features end-to-end across our products, including backend, frontend, deployment, and monitoring.
• Own what you build in production permanently.
• Solve diverse problems across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
• Relentlessly improve the product through small, compounding gains shipped quickly.
• Work directly with founders and senior engineers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience writing production code.
• Proven track record of shipping real systems that paying customers depend on.
• A problem-solver mindset with the ability to work across the entire stack rather than specializing.
• Top of your class from a top-tier school.
• Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and provide decisive solutions.
• Comfortable with long hours (60+ hour weeks) and direct, blunt feedback.
