Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team in Mohali. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, and Design to define effective test strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define effective test strategies.
• Write, review, and execute detailed test cases based on project requirements.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and Usability Testing.
• Track, manage, and document defects using JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Generate test reports and share insights on test coverage and defect trends.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain QA documentation.
• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2.5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• Experience with JIRA and TestRail.
• Proficiency in API Testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Figma for UI Testing.
• Good command over SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
