Associate AI Engineer Intern — Agentic AI

Role Overview

Logikwerk is looking for motivated and curious individuals to join our team as Associate AI Engineer Interns. This is a hands-on internship designed for candidates who want to build practical skills in Generative AI, LLM applications, AI Agents, Agentic AI, and AI automation. You will work on real-world AI engineering projects and gain exposure to the complete development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications
• Build AI Agents and Agentic AI systems
• Implement Prompt engineering and structured outputs
• Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Integrate LLM APIs and models
• Handle AI automation and workflow orchestration
• Develop multi-step AI agent workflows using tool calling and function calling
• Utilize Vector databases and embeddings
• Perform Python-based AI application development
• Manage REST APIs and backend integration
• Conduct AI application testing and evaluation
• Build and deploy production-oriented AI solutions

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Python
• Understanding of fundamental programming concepts
• Strong interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong learning mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience with AI/ML, LLMs, APIs, RAG, or AI agents is a plus
