Full Stack Mobile Developer (React Native/Flutter + Node.js)

Role Overview

We are building a ride-hailing platform similar to Rapido that connects riders with bike and cab drivers. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can build the MVP from the ground up. We're seeking someone who can take ownership of the project, recommend the best architecture, write clean and scalable code, and help launch the first production version of the application.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android and iOS mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
• Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js (NestJS or Express).
• Design and manage PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Implement real-time ride tracking using Google Maps APIs and WebSockets/Firebase.
• Develop rider, driver, and admin functionalities.
• Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.).
• Implement OTP-based authentication and user management.
• Build an admin dashboard for managing users, rides, payments, and reports.
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Optimize application performance and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with React Native or Flutter.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with WebSockets or Firebase for real-time updates.
• Experience integrating Google Maps APIs.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms.
• Git version control.

Nice to Have

• Experience building ride-sharing, delivery, taxi, logistics, or marketplace applications.
• Experience with push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
