Role Overview
To ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and security of cloud-native products by designing and implementing robust automated testing frameworks. The role focuses on end-to-end automation across applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and network/security layers, enabling faster, safer releases through CI/CD integration and continuous testing practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and fast feedback loops.
- Validate cloud-based services, deployments, and infrastructure stability across distributed environments.
- Validate networking components and perform security-focused testing for authentication and access control.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and identify bottlenecks.
- Test containerized applications and microservices within Kubernetes environments.
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify issues and report defects through the resolution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers and architects in Agile environments to improve automation coverage.
Requirements
- BE/B-Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication.
- 3–7 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with REST Assured for API automation.
- Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience testing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP and DNS.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
