Specialist - Software Engineering

Role Overview

LTM is an AI-centric global technology services company seeking an expert-level specialist to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. This role requires deep architectural understanding of the Azure Integration Services (AIS) landscape and the ability to drive technical initiatives and mentor development teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Design complex data transformations using XSLT and Liquid templates.
• Guide custom code implementations using C# and .NET Core.
• Define branching strategies and source control management using GIT.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies using Azure DevOps.
• Create comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and architectural blueprints.
• Troubleshoot distributed systems and define monitoring standards.
• Define and enforce integration best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Azure Integration Services (AIS).
• Hands-on experience with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), and Service Bus.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Networking, Security, Identity, and Governance.
• Proven experience in CI/CD and IaC.
• Advanced analytical skills for troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Certification in Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Developer is highly preferred.
• Experience in legacy migration projects (e.g., BizTalk to Azure) is an advantage.
