Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

LumiJobs is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work on our AI-powered career platform and develop features across both the backend and frontend, working closely with the founding team to build, test, deploy, and maintain features used by real users.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Connect frontend applications with backend services.
• Build and deliver features from backend API to frontend UI.
• Test, debug, and fix application issues.
• Deploy and maintain applications in production.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and improve product features.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them independently.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js and/or Next.js.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Experience building full-stack web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently.
