Role Overview

LWS is offering an unpaid Industrial Training Program in Full Stack Development for college students who want to strengthen their development skills through practical, project-based learning. This program is designed for educational and skill-development purposes, helping students bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry skills through exposure to modern web development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in live online classes and live coding sessions
• Complete weekly assignments and weekly mini projects
• Engage in major industry-oriented project work
• Utilize Git and GitHub for version control practice
• Attend daily doubt-solving sessions and one-to-one mentorship
• Develop a professional portfolio through project-based learning

Requirements

• Students currently pursuing B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, Diploma, or related programs
• College students interested in Web Development or Software Development
• Freshers looking to build technical skills
• A genuine interest in learning and consistent participation
• No prior professional experience is required
