Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using a modern tech stack including React.js, Next.js, and Node.js, working in an in-person office environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Build REST APIs and Serverless applications using AWS.
• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries for high-performance applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience building REST APIs using Express.js and Serverless Framework.
• Expertise in MySQL, SQL Query Optimization, indexing, joins, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with AWS Serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Strong understanding of Git, secure coding practices, and responsive web development.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
