Role Overview
Associate Developers are entry-level members of the Delivery Team, placed into a structured onboarding track designed to build Salesforce platform competency from a foundation of core software engineering skills. Participants engage in guided training, earn foundational certifications, shadow senior practitioners, and progressively take on scoped development tasks contributing to client project deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Salesforce training pathways and complete assigned Trailhead modules to achieve foundational certifications.
- Execute basic development tasks using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows and Validation Rules.
- Attend technical discovery and solutioning sessions to learn how business requirements convert into technical specifications.
- Test, debug, and perform QA on work while maintaining clear technical documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, project syncs, and backlog reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up to one year of relevant experience.
- Strong foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to work fully remotely from India.
- Comfort operating within task management systems like Jira or Asana.
Nice to Have
- Active Salesforce Trailhead profile (e.g., Ranger status).
- Introductory Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Agentforce Specialist.
- 6–18 months of professional software development experience.
