Role Overview
The Full Stack Development Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions, developing course materials, mentoring students, and preparing them for industry requirements through hands-on learning and real-world projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions in Full Stack Development.
- Teach frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Train students in backend development, database design, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Conduct practical coding sessions, lab exercises, and real-world projects.
- Develop course content, training materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in project development, coding best practices, and technical interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Good understanding of SQL and database design.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and application deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
