Role Overview
Join a team of AI-first engineers to build and maintain frontend functionality for a data-rich web portal, using AI-first techniques to drive growth and create high-quality user experiences in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend functionality using React and TypeScript.
- Develop clear, reliable user experiences for a data-rich web portal.
- Integrate frontend functionality with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, readable, and well-tested code.
- Use AI tools daily to streamline development, debugging, refactoring, and documentation workflows.
- Work closely with other engineers in a remote-first environment, proactively communicating progress, blockers, and risks.
- Identify issues proactively, spotting bugs, performance bottlenecks, or architectural risks early.
Requirements
- +5 years of frontend experience.
- +2 years of React experience.
- Hands-on experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Hands-on experience building at least one large-scale system from scratch.
- An AI-first mindset and comfort operating in a 100% operational role.
