AI/GENERATIVE AI DEVELOPER

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Developer with approximately 3 years of experience to build and ship real-world LLM-powered products. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mohali, Punjab, focusing on RAG, AI agents, document generation, and evaluation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build RAG-based Q&A, conversational flows, and document generation.
• Develop AI agents, tool/function calling, and structured outputs.
• Build retrieval pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and reranking.
• Develop scalable backend services with Python and FastAPI.
• Work with Redis, Celery, SQL, Docker, and Linux.
• Run and optimize self-hosted open-weight models using vLLM or Ollama.
• Perform LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning and model evaluation.
• Build systematic AI quality, groundedness, and safety evaluations.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of software engineering experience.
• 1.5–2+ years of hands-on LLM/Generative AI experience.
• Proven ability to build reliable, production-ready AI applications.
