MannaCrew AI is building a verified, AI-scored workforce platform for the F&B and institutional catering industry — think AI-driven interviews, assessments, role simulations, and a trust score (MannaScore) that lets employers hire verified talent faster. We're an early-stage team building the full product from the ground up, backed by operators who've run large-scale food businesses and a CTO who's shipped production AI systems before.

What You'll Work On

You'll work directly with the founding engineering team across the stack:

• Building candidate-facing flows (mobile-first PWA) — sign-up, CV upload, interview & assessment screens
• Building employer/admin dashboards — search, filter, shortlist, hire
• Backend APIs and data models (Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL)
• Integrating with AI services for résumé parsing, interview scoring, and MannaScore generation
• Shipping features in fast, tight iteration cycles — this is early-stage, so you'll see your code in production quickly
