Role Overview

A Big Data Analyst works with multiple stakeholders to collect, process, automate, and analyze large datasets to present actionable insights to management. The role involves utilizing various data sources, analytics tools, and programming languages to extract meaningful information from structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supplier and Procurement teams to collect Purchase Registers from contracted suppliers and internal systems.
• Perform Data Cleansing to review, clean, and standardize collected data to ensure accuracy and quality across product categories.
• Conduct Data Mining to extract relevant information from large datasets using analytical tools and modern AI techniques.
• Apply statistical methods for Data Analysis, including descriptive and advanced analytical techniques, to interpret and generate insights.
• Develop Automation solutions for reporting based on historical data to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.

Requirements

• Proven ability to extract and consolidate data from multiple disparate sources.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and Anaconda environments.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AI tools and MIS automation concepts.
