Job Description
Role Overview
As a Sensing & Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of automotive software, from gathering requirements to integration within the ECU. You will work on cutting-edge automotive infotainment and cockpit systems, ensuring seamless software delivery and maintenance according to project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Gathering Feature/Function requirements
- Building Function Specifications
- Software development and Integration in ECU (with supplier)
- Software Delivery, Maintenance and Update as per Project Milestones
Requirements
- Understanding of Electrical and Electronics (sensors, actuators, circuits, etc.)
- Knowledge of Automobile Vehicle Networks, Sensors & Control systems
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of QNX and Android Automotive OS architectures
- Knowledge of Automotive Infotainment/Cockpit hardware and SoCs
- Hands-on experience in Car Infotainment/Cockpit software development for production projects
- Experience with Hypervisor-based architecture and QNX application development
- Experience in Camera-based feature development
- Integration of 3rd party privileged applications (Android & QNX)
- Proficiency in Agile Development Methodology and relevant toolchains
