Software Quality Analyst (Pre & Post Integration Testing)

Role Overview

To ensure the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications before and after integration with third-party systems such as trading platforms, OMS, RMS, CRM, payment gateways, and other FinTech solutions. The role is responsible for planning, executing, documenting, and validating software testing activities while ensuring defect-free releases.

Responsibilities

• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to prepare detailed test scenarios and cases.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing, validating REST APIs and data flow between internal applications and third-party platforms.
• Conduct regression testing, smoke, and sanity testing to ensure no impact on existing functionalities after deployments.
• Execute functional testing across trading, customer onboarding, CRM, KYC, and back-office modules.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and prepare UAT scripts.
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation including test plans, defect reports, and release notes.
• Support automation testing initiatives and participate in release planning.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science), MCA/BCA or equivalent.
• ISTQB Certification is preferred.
• Experience: 2-6 Years in software testing.
• Location: Rajkot (HO) - In person.
