The program focuses on modern engineering practices, including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, GitHub, and AI-assisted development.

Selected candidates will work alongside experienced engineers, participate in real product development, solve business challenges, undergo code reviews, and build production-ready applications used by actual customers. High-performing candidates will be considered for internship and project deployment opportunities based on performance and contribution.
