The Mechanical Simulation Engineering Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, analysis, and validation of mechanical systems for health and wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Developing and running simulation models.
• Assisting with CAD-based design iterations.
• Analyzing mechanical performance under various operating conditions.
• Reviewing results and preparing technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborating with engineers to refine designs based on simulation outcomes.
• Supporting virtual design reviews and contributing to prototype evaluation.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering fundamentals (statics, dynamics, strength of materials).
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA.
• Understanding of mechanical components, reliability, and quality checks.
• Exposure to automotive or related mechanical systems.
• Coursework or experience in FEA, CFD, or multi-body dynamics.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
