Role Overview
Medinex Workforce is hiring Artificial Intelligence Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to AI concepts, Python programming, machine learning basics, data analysis, automation, model experimentation, and applied artificial intelligence workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist in AI-related research, development, and experimentation tasks.
- Support data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and organization for AI models.
- Work with Python libraries and tools for basic AI and machine learning tasks.
- Assist in building, testing, and evaluating simple AI/ML models under guidance.
- Help prepare reports, summaries, and observations from AI experiments.
- Support automation tasks using AI tools or Python scripts when required.
- Explore use cases related to text, data, prediction, classification, or workflow automation.
- Document project steps, datasets, assumptions, results, and learnings clearly.
- Coordinate with team members to understand AI project goals and requirements.
- Follow standard practices for data handling, model testing, and documentation.
- Participate in feedback sessions and improve assigned work based on guidance.
- Complete assigned AI tasks within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Candidates with basic knowledge of Python and artificial intelligence concepts.
- Students, fresh graduates, or entry-level candidates interested in AI, ML, or data science.
- Candidates familiar with datasets, algorithms, logic building, and analytical problem solving.
- Candidates willing to learn machine learning, NLP basics, automation, and AI tools.
- Candidates comfortable using notebooks such as Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab.
- Candidates with curiosity, attention to detail, and interest in emerging technologies.
- Candidates who can work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or Matplotlib is preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning or NLP concepts is an advantage.
- Understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AI frameworks is helpful.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data visualization is an added advantage.
- Academic, personal, or internship-level AI projects are welcome.
