Role Overview
Medinex Workforce is seeking a Cyber Security Intern to support our remote security team. This role offers hands-on exposure to monitoring practices, basic assessments, and security fundamentals within a professional environment focused on real project work and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Help monitor systems and networks for potential vulnerabilities
- Support basic security assessments and documentation
- Research and stay updated on common threats and mitigation techniques
- Support review and documentation of security policies
- Assist with incident logging under supervision
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or similar
- Basic understanding of networking and security concepts
- Exposure to security tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
