Role Overview

Medinex Workforce is hiring Data Science Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to data analysis, Python programming, statistical methods, machine learning basics, data visualization, model building, and real-world data problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis.
• Use Python libraries to explore, organize, and analyze structured data.
• Support basic statistical analysis and interpretation of data patterns.
• Assist in building and testing simple machine learning models under guidance.
• Create charts, graphs, and visual summaries to explain findings.
• Help identify trends, correlations, outliers, and data quality issues.
• Work with spreadsheets, notebooks, or datasets as required for assigned tasks.
• Document analysis steps, assumptions, results, and observations clearly.
• Coordinate with team members to understand data requirements and project goals.
• Support reporting and presentation of insights in a simple, understandable format.
• Learn and follow basic data science workflow practices.
• Complete assigned data science tasks within agreed timelines.
